Exchange & Return Policy

Exchanges are accepted only under specific conditions to ensure fairness for both our customers and our brand.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• The product received is incorrect, or
• The product received is damaged at the time of delivery.

Return / Exchange Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the order.

Conditions for Approval

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of issue (images or video) may be required for verification

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are not damaged or incorrect
• Items showing signs of use, washing, or alteration
• Requests raised after 7 days of delivery

Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Important Note

Noorzaar does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size preference, colour preference, or change of mind.

We currently ship across India.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before placing the order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. An additional ₹99 COD fee will be applicable on all COD orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS to help you monitor your delivery.

Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics issues, or regional restrictions. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate while placing your order. Noorzaar will not be responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
